Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 

Shipping

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified by email.

Orders are shipped via USPS—either First Class (typically 3–5 business days) or Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days). A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Ebbs & Co. hope you love your order! If not, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and returned in original packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you change your mind within 15-30 days, you may return it for store credit. If an item is sent back outside of the return window, a refund may not be issued. Exchanges are not available at this time. For a different size or item, please place a new order.

Order Changes

Orders are processed quickly and sent straight to shipping. Because of this, cancellations or changes cannot be made after an order is placed.
